In a bid to empower a new generation of leaders in climate justice, Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, California is offering this fall a certificate program in Climate Justice and Faith.
Lay and rostered leaders through the Lutheran World Federation communion and from other faith traditions are invited to apply (by June 15) to be considered for this inaugural, non-degree learning program that is scheduled for September 2021 through May 2022.
Participants are expected to have scheduled Zoom meetings with their cohort on a monthly basis and to participate and collaborate with local initiatives, congregations and other groups to ensure context-based practice of the concepts discussed.
